His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities. The subject matter of the present case relates to challenge of continuance of Balurghat Women Police Station Case No.73/22 dated 22.07.2022, I find that on conclusion of investigation charge-sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional court under Sections 498A/307/34 IPC.

Learned advocate for the petitioners has relied upon the documents to show that the de facto complainant herself has tortured the inmates of the matrimonial home and malafidely initiated present proceedings relating to Balurghat Women Police Station Case No.73/22 dated 22.07.2022.

It is submitted that she has instruction that the next date is fixed for framing of charges before the jurisdictional court.

Having considered such submissions, I direct that in case the petitioners canvass the points advanced in the present revisional application along with other issues by taking out an appropriate application in the nature of Sections 239/227 Cr.P.C., the learned trial court would dispose of the same in accordance with law without being influenced by any observation made by this Court in the present revisional application.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 569 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
