Hence, bail should be cancelled.

We note specific criminal case on such allegation has been registered. Truthfulness of the allegations is to be gone into in the course of trial of the said case. Six years have lapsed in the meantime. There is no further allegation of misuse of liberty. Under such circumstances, we find no reason to cancel the bail.
