Order dated 20.11.2017 granting bail to opposite party no.2 has been assailed on the ground of misuse of liberty. Allegation of misuse of liberty is general and omnibus. It relates to 2017. No subsequent complaint with regard to misuse is placed before us.

Hence, we are not inclined to cancel the bail application. Accordingly, the application for cancellation of bail is disposed of.
