CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS JURISDICTION C.R.M.(DB) 784 of 2025 In Re:- An application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973/Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in connection with Kulti Police Station Case No.164 of 2019 dated 16.04.2019 under Sections 376/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

And In Re : Lalu Munda .... Petitioner Mr. Prasun Kumar Dutta Mr. Anindya Sundar Chatterjee ..... for the State Service report along with memo of evidence filed by the State is taken on record.

It is found that service has been effected upon the de facto complainant/victim.

Learned Advocate for the State submits that the trial has been concluded and 9th April, 2025 was fixed for delivery of judgement before the trial court. Further previously on three occasion the bail prayer was rejected.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the application for bail being CRM (DB) 784 of 2025 is dismissed for non-prosecution.
