We have considered the materials on record including the injury report. Incident occurred in the course of a land dispute. Injury report shows fracture as well as injury on the head. 3.

In view of the nature of injury and the principal role played by the petitioner in the assault, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
