It is rightly pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioners that in the order dated August 24, 2021, in the last paragraph of the third page thereof, instead of "Civil Judge (Junior Division), Second Additional Court at Contai", the word "Additional" was omitted.

Let the order be deemed to stand corrected by reading "Additional" after the word "Second", wherever the same appears in the said paragraph.

Let this order be treated to be a part of the order dated August 24, 2021.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the

parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
