The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he is being disturbed in spite of the civil court granting temporary injunction. On several occasions the petitioner approached the police authorities, but in spite of the same, the police authorities failed to render appropriate assistance to the petitioner. Police authorities are directed to respect, obey and implement the order passed by the civil court. It is further directed that in case there is any untoward incident resulting because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondent, the police authorities would ensure that there is no breach of the peace or tranquility and/or any violation at the locale in respect of the public law and order.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 3907 of 2024 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
