Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. This writ petition has been filed for relief of allowing the petitioner to avail the benefit of Sabka Vishwas(Legacy Dispute Resolution) Scheme, 2019 by making payment of service tax dues to the tune of Rs.4,10,656/- as per the statement in Form SVLDRS-3 dated 24th June, 2020 relating to the relevant period in question on the ground that petitioner could not make payment due to technical glitch in the system and petitioner further submits that it has made several representations before the authority concerned to consider such grievance and one of such representation dated 8th December, 2021, according to him is at page 90 of the writ petition and on perusal of the same I find that what submission petitioner is making before me is not at all referred in the aforesaid representation. However, for the ends of justice,

liberty is granted to the petitioner to make appropriate representation for redressal of its grievances before the authority concerned within two weeks from date and if such representation is made by the petitioner within the time stipulated, the respondents shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order within four weeks from the date of making such representation. It is recorded that this Court has not gone into the merits of the claim of the petitioner and the authority concerned will dispose of the representation, if any made by the petitioner strictly in accordance with law. With these observations and direction, this writ petition, being WPA 3656 of 2022 is disposed of. ( Md. Nizamuddin, J. )
