The Officer-in-Charge, Alipore Police Station has filed a report dated 17th August, 2021 that the order dated 13th August, 2021 has been complied with. Counsel for the respondent no. 5 appears before this Court. It is submitted that she has a little child and her husband is in custody. It is further submitted that she was having a severe discord with her motherin-law. The said respondent no. 5 may take steps in accordance with law as she may be advised.

It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated any right of the daughter-in-law under any provisions of law for residence inter alia against her husband.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
