Even if the last date of the examination by which the petitioner became a graduate is taken into account to be the date on which the petitioner acquired the graduation degree then also the petitioner does not fulfill the three years experience after acquiring the graduation degree. The petitioner, therefore, does not fulfill the requisite criteria under the advertisement.

The

petitioner is, therefore, disqualified on that ground alone.

The writ petition, therefore, is unmeritorious and is accordingly dismissed.

There will no order as to costs.

The parties are directed to act upon the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this High Court without insisting upon production of a certified copy thereof.
