It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in no way connected with the narcotics business. Petitioner has been falsely implicated. Accordingly, he prays for anticipatory bail. 2.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record. A large volume of narcotics suspected to be Heroin was recovered from the petitioner's residence. He had fled away. His wife was interrogated. Forensic report shows the samples tested positive to Heroin. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
