Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that this revisional application was filed with a prayer for quashing the proceeding in connection with GR Case No.231 of 2015 arose out of Khayrasole Police Station Case No.85 of 2015 dated 2nd June, 2015 under Sections 21/21(6) of MM (R & D) Act read with Sections 3/4 of the PDPP Act and Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dubrajpur, Birbhum. It is further submitted that GR Case No.231 of 2015 has already been disposed of with the order of acquittal of the petitioner/accused and, therefore, the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner inclines to not press the application being infructuous. 2.
Mr. Aniket Mitra, learned advocate, appears on behalf of the State.

Given the facts, the instant revisional application stands dismissed as not pressed.
