Mr. Chatterjee, learned advocate appearing in support of the revisional application by placing before this Court the communication dated 2nd January, 2025 issued by the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is not interested to proceed further with the above revisional application and has requested to withdraw the aforesaid matter. Let a copy of the aforesaid communication dated 2nd January, 2025 be retained with the record.

2. Having regard to the above, let the revisional application being CO 532 of 2024 be dismissed as withdrawn.
