Heard learned Advocates for both the parties. 2.

We have considered the materials on record. Victim is a married lady. She was assaulted on the head by the petitioners with an iron rod and lathi. She suffered injuries and was hospitalized. Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 3.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners stands rejected.
