The petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the police authorities particularly, in respect of Execution Application No. EA/90/2023 passed by West Bengal State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Kolkata arising out of Complaint Case No. CC/300/2018.

State has submitted a report which reflects that the Officer-in-Charge, Kasba Police Station, till 22.02.2025, has not received any warrant of arrest. Consequently, the police authorities did not have any scope to act in respect of the prayers made by the petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 3880 of 2025 is dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
