Petitioner draws the attention of the court to the office memorandum issued by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar, Krishnanagar dated 13.07.2015. To that effect, petitioner for removal of obstruction made a representation before the police authorities including the Officer-in-Charge, Chapra Police Station as well as the Superintendent of Police, Nadia. The said representation was furnished on 08.12.2022. Almost two years have passed since such representation was furnished before the police authorities. Petitioner is directed to furnish a fresh information before the police authorities within a period of 4 weeks. Police authorities would seek

necessary permission from the SDO concerned in respect of the order dated 13.07.2015 and take steps in accordance with law.

Learned advocate for the state is represented and advances his submissions.

Learned advocate for the state will communicate this order to the Officer-in-Charge, Chapra Police Station for taking necessary steps. With the aforesaid observations WPA 3858 of 2023 is disposed of.
