Heard learned Advocates for both the parties. 2.

We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the victim. Victim is a minor. She was abducted and raped by the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and nature of crime, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
