The petitioner was aggrieved by the order dated 4.1.2024 wherein the ld. Sessions Judge refused to discharge the petitioner at the stage of consideration of charges.

Having regard to the issues so canvassed, I am of the view that the same are question of facts and, as such, the points so canvassed in the revisional application are to be taken up during the course of cross-examination, Section 313 of the cr.p.c., defence evidence and at the stage of final argument of the case.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 639 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of.
