The solitary grievance of the petitioner is that, the statutory appeal preferred before the jurisdictional authority, Annexure-P2, at page 25 to the writ petition, has not yet been disposed of.

In view of the above, the jurisdictional statutory authority is directed to dispose of the appeal by passing its reasoned order strictly in accordance with law but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment. The reasoned order then shall

be communicated to the petitioner positively within a period of two weeks from the date of the said reasoned order to be passed.

It is made clear that, this Court has not gone into the merits of the pending statutory appeal and the jurisdictional authority shall decide the same by following the due process of law and strictly in accordance with law.

Since affidavits are not called for, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents.

With the above directions, this writ petition, WPA 3991 of 2025 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs.
