There is no direct complaint to the police. The letter sent by the Advocate-on-record of the petitioner does not disclose that the petitioner is in any way aggrieved.

This Court is of the view that the petitioner may file a formal complaint afresh with the concerned Police Station.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
