Sandhya Das v. The State

13.2.2023 ct.33, sl no.1 sk C.R.A. 109 of 2004 In the matter of : Sandhya Das By order dated 16.3.2004, this court had directed the appellant to file the certified copy of the judgment and order passed by the learned trial court. Till date, no such certified copy of the order has been filed.

The appellant is directed to file the certified copy of the order within seven days failing which the instant appeal CRA 109 of 2004 which has not yet been admitted shall be disposed of.

Let the matter be fixed on 20.2.2023.
