The grievance of the petitioners is that the payment in terms of the Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana Scheme was not made in his favour.

It appears from the submission made on behalf of the learned advocate for the petitioners that during the pendency of the writ petition the first instalment of the payment in terms of the aforesaid scheme has already been disbursed in their favour.

The petitioners pray for a direction upon the respondent authorities for disbursal of the balance amount.

In terms of the Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana Scheme, the second instalment is released only after completion of certain works after receiving the first instalment. It appears that the first instalment has already been disbursed in favour of the petitioners. After completion of the required construction work the

petitioners will be entitled to receive the balance payment.

In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed in the instant writ petition. The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon completion of usual legal formalities.
