Petitioner renews his prayer for bail. He submits that the evidence on record does not implicate the petitioner. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was residing with the victim lady. She suffered homicidal death. Petitioner had absconded for a protracted period of time. His bail prayer was rejected earlier on merits. Trial is in progress.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
