Mr. Mahaboob Ahmed Mr. Md. Apzal Ansari ..for the petitioner This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Rampurhat at Birbhum to dispose of Title Suit No.95 of 2014 expeditiously. From the order sheets appended to this application this Court finds that the suit is not yet ready for hearing as the legal heirs of the deceased defendant no.18 was directed to be served. Thus it appears that the suit is not ready for hearing. C.O. 607 of 2026 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Rampurhat at Birbhum to make an endeavour to dispose of the Title Suit No.95 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties after the suit is made ready for hearing.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
