Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that there was a free fight between the private parties. The petitioners lodged a previous complaint. The present complaint was thereafter lodged. The first petitioner also suffered injury. The police subsequently filed charge sheet. Therefore, detention of the petitioners is not required.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the injury report and the statements recorded under Section 161 of the Criminal Procedure Code. He submits that all the petitioners were involved in the incident. The police filed charge sheet under Sections 326 and 307 of the IPC.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

CRM (A) 1060 of 2022 is dismissed.
