Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file revision petition before the competent court. However, learned counsel submits that an appropriate direction may be issued for expeditious disposal.

Hence, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case and no expression made herein to be an expression on the merit of the case.
