None appears for the appellants.

The order impugned was passed on 27th November, 2018 and the appeal was presented before this Court on 5th February, 2019. No steps have been taken by the appellants to pray for early listing of this appeal. That apart, we find that the writ petition was dismissed on the ground of availability of alternative remedy as against the order impugned in the writ petition. Thus, it appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the matter.

Hence, the appeal as well as the application are dismissed for non-prosecution.

No order as to costs.
