The State of West Bengal The present revision of the year 2020 is for quashing of a criminal proceeding being G.R. Case No. 167 of 1986 arising out of Bongaon P.S. Case No. 14 of 1986 under Sections 326/304/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bongaon, North 24 Parganas.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law.
