This revisional application has been filed by the plaintiff in Title Suit No.75 of 2019 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Barrackpore. The petitioner prays for a direction upon the learned court below to dispose of the application for injunction as also an application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure at an early date. The prayer is innocuous. It appears that the next date has been fixed on May 17, 2021.

This revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned court below to dispose of all the pending applications in accordance with law within one month from the next date fixed upon affording an opportunity of hearing to all the parties.

This Court has not gone into the merits of the claims and counter-claims of the petitioner. The learned court below shall proceed independently and in accordance with law on the basis of the merits of the case.

The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application along with a server copy of this order upon the opposite parties and/or their learned advocate appearing in the learned court below.

The revisional application is disposed of.
