Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners contends that the election of the Singhal Pathan Samabay Krishi Unnayan Samity Ltd. is being delayed inordinately.

Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties, W.P.A. No. 3676 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2 to ensure that the pending election in

respect of the said co-operative society, that is, Singhal Pathan Samabay Krishi Unnayan Samity Ltd., be conducted and completed within three months from date positively.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
