1. None represents the private respondents. Affidavit of service along with the unserved envelopes forwarding the writ petitions filed in Court today be retained with the records. The unserved envelops are directed to be opened by the learned advocate for the petitioner and the advocate of the petitioner is directed to take back the unserved writ petitions, however, keeping the envelopes on record.

2. The petitioner prays for disposal of the representation filed before the Registrar of Firms, West Bengal.

3. The petitioner alleges that the document of voluntary retirement on which the Registrar of Firms acted, contained forged signature of the petitioner.

4. A complaint was lodged before the police and charge sheet has been filed.

5. Be that as it may, as the request made by the petition is pending consideration before the Registrar of Firms, the

instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Registrar of Firms being the respondent no. 6 herein to consider and dispose of the representation made by the petitioner on 21st October, 2024.

6. Steps shall be taken in the matter at the earliest but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.

7. A reasonable opportunity of hearing shall be given to all the partners of the firm prior to final adjudication of the petitioner's representation.

8. A reasoned order shall be passed by the aforesaid respondent and communicated to the parties immediately thereafter.

9. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all the requisite formalities.
