1. This intra court appeal by the petitioner who is appearing in person is directed against the order passed by the learned Single Bench in WPA 27265 of 2022 dated 20.01.2023.

2. The petitioner seeks for certain relief against the private respondent and disputes the stand taken by the police that one of the private respondents, namely, Aftab is mentally unsound.

3. Firstly, the matter is more than two years old and it is not clear as to what is the present situation.

4. Therefore, we dispose of this appeal giving liberty to the petitioner who is appearing in person to approach the concerned police by way of a fresh complaint is still the problem she is complaining of persist.

4. Needless to mention, if a fresh complaint is lodged by the petitioner, the police authority should

proceed to take action in accordance with law on the said complaint.
