2. In spite of service copy of the application to the new incumbent, no steps have yet been taken for compliance of this Court's order dated January 27, 2025, this amounts to wilful and deliberate violation of this Court's order by the alleged contemnor.

3. Considering as above, let the rule be issued directing the alleged contemnors to be present in Court and explain as to why such rule should not be made absolute against them.

4. Rule is made returnable on 10.04.2026.

5. Matter to appear on 10.04.2026.
