1. Petitioners have preferred the present writ petition alleging inaction on the part of the respondent Howrah Municipal Corporation whereby they failed to act on the demolition order dated 15.1.2024.

2. Mr. Banerjee appears for the Howrah Municipal Corporation and submits that they shall proceed with the demolition action and bring the matter to its logical end within a period of four weeks.

3. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the Howrah Municipal Corporation the grievances of the petition stands redressed.

4. In view of above, nothing survives in the present writ petition and the same is disposed of.
