The petitioner alleges that she participated in the TET 2012 Examination and does not have a training qualification. No letter of appointment was issued in favour of the petitioner, as she was unsuccessful in the said examination.

The petitioner alleges that one Suman Adhikary, son of Late Sukhendu Nath Adhikary and Pritam Chakraborty both unsuccessful candidates of TET 2013 were issued letters of appointment in October 2021. According to the petitioners both the aforesaid persons do not have any training qualification. The petitioner practically challenges the appointment of the aforesaid two candidates.

None of the aforesaid two persons have been impleaded as respondents in the instant writ application.

The petitioner upon absolute vague allegations filed a representation before the President, West Bengal Board of Primary Education challenging their appointments. There is no document in support of the averment of the petitioner that the aforesaid two persons were ineligible to be appointed as primary school teachers in the year 2021.

In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant case.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties after completion of all legal formalities.
