Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that there was no marriage between the second petitioner and the de facto complainant. There is a suit for seeking declaration of nullity with regard to such marriage.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the second petitioner entered into a second marriage without obtaining a decree in the suit for declaration of nullity of marriage.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 1063 of 2022 is dismissed.
