Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the revisional application, there has been compromise between the parties in respect of complaint case being C.S. No.24063 of 2020 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act which is pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 10th Court, Calcutta.

In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, the parties are directed to file their joint affidavit before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 10th Court, Calcutta. Learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 10th Court, Calcutta on receipt of such joint affidavit within a fortnight thereafter would determine the genuinity of the same and invoke the provisions of the Act for dropping/compounding the proceedings. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 381 of 2021 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
