Today, Mr. Ray, Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent 6,7 and 8, files a Report in compliance with the previous order of this Court dated 13th January, 2021.
Mr. Chakraborty, Learned Advocate, appearing on behalf of the appellant files affidavit-in-reply which is taken on record.
At this stage, having regard to the history of this appeal, without seeking to further add to its already voluminous papers, the appellant is directed to prepare Informal Paper Book(s) including all essential documents germane to the lis.
Only if and as advised, the parties are also directed to complete the documentation in the appeal. The cumulative period granted to complete the documentation and file the Informal Paper Book(s) stands at six weeks from this date.
Only after the Informal Paper Book(s) are complete, liberty is granted to any of the parties to mention the matter strictly upon notice to each other. Notice of service of the appeal stands thus waived.
