The revisional application was preferred challenging the order dated 10.12.2013 passed in M.P. Case No. 732 of 2011 by the learned Executive Magistrate, Asansol. Records of the revisional application reflect that an application was filed under Section 144/107/116(3) of the Cr.P.C. by the opposite parties no. 1 to 3.

Having regard to the nature of the dispute and so far as the subject matter of adjudication is concerned relating to which the provision has been invoked, I am of the opinion that more than 8 years have passed and as such there has been a complete change of circumstances.

Having regard to the nature of the proceedings involved under the referred Sections for which the jurisdiction of the learned Executive Magistrate was invoked, I am of the opinion that M.P. Case No. 732 of 2011 has become infructuous.

Accordingly, M.P. Case No. 732 of 2011 is quashed. Thus, C.R.R. 192 of 2014 is disposed of.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
