Angshuman Chakraborty, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Mr. Subhabrata Datta, learned counsel for the State that the order dated June 28, 2021 has been carried out and the petitioners have been put into possession of their residence. The said residence is on 99 years of lease from the Government to the writ petitioners.

The petitioners however apprehend that the private respondent nos. 7 and 8, who are

her son and daughter-in-law are likely to cause further disturbance and harm to them.

This Court has already indicated reasons for intervention under Article of the Constitution of India in the order dated 28.06.2021.

For the reasons stated already, the respondent nos. 7 and 8 shall be escorted out of that residence at No. K/49, B.P. Township, Patuli Police Station, Kolkata - 94 in course of the day.

The posting of constable outside the residence shall continue only until tomorrow (01.07.2021).

The Patuali Police Station shall continue to keep a vigil on the said premises.

Investigation pending in respect of Patuli Police Station Case No. 16/2021 may be carried out and completed expeditiously.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

This Court appreciates the prompt action taken by the Officer-in-Charge, Patuli Police Station and the assistance of the counsel for the State Mr. Datta.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
