Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, there is another criminal complaint against the petitioner involving kidnapping for ransom. The petitioner is avoiding arrest in the present case.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1067 of 2022 is dismissed.
