Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application upon Ms. Manisha Sharma, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State. Her appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for not to pursue the present revisional application as the circumstances have changed and intends to prefer a fresh revisional application enclosing the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

In view of the prayer so advanced, the revisional application being CRR 570 of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed.

The petitioner is granted liberty to file afresh after enclosing the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the charge-sheet which has been filed before the jurisdictional court.

The petitioner is also granted liberty to take back the certified copy from the department after the same being replaced by photostat copy.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
