1. The learned advocate submits that there are certain developments in the interregnum which are required to be placed on record. We grant liberty for filing a supplementary affidavit.

2. A further submission is advanced regarding change in the incumbent in the post of alleged contemnor. We permit the cause title to be amended accordingly.
