It has been submitted by the learned advocates representing the parties to this writ petition that the date of the order at the heading was wrongly transcribed as 30th March, 2021 instead of 30th March, 2022. The date of the order passed on WPA 2813 of 2018 shall be read as 30th March, 2022. The department is directed to make necessary correction immediately.

This order shall be treated as the part of the order passed on 30th March, 2022.
