1. We have heard learned advocates for the parties. On 13th April, 2023, the appeal was dismissed as none appeared for the appellants.

2. This application has been filed to recall the said order and restore the appeal to the file of this Court. After satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the application is allowed and the order dated 13th April, 2023 is recalled and the appeal stands restored to its original file and number.

3. Accordingly, I.A. No. CAN 2 of 2023 stands disposed of.
