Affidavit-of-service filed in court today be kept on record.

The petitioner sought for an education loan but the application was not considered by the Bank as per allegation of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the Bank submits that the petitioner did not furnish certain documents to enable the Bank to consider such application. 4.

The problem can be resolved if the Bank discloses to the petitioner the exact documents required. 5.

Accordingly, WPA 3954 of 2024 is disposed of by directing the learned Advocate-on-record for the respondent-Bank to intimate in writing within 48 hours to her counterpart appearing for the

petitioner the exact documents which are required by the Bank to consider the application for education loan of the petitioner.

Upon so furnishing, the petitioner shall approach the Bank with such documents upon which, within a fortnight thereafter, the Bank shall process the loan application of the petitioner and decide the same.

Immediately thereafter, the outcome of such consideration shall be communicated to the petitioner.

The petitioner will be at liberty, if aggrieved with such final outcome, to challenge the same by way of a fresh writ petition.

9.

There will be no order as to costs.

10. Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
