Learned advocate for the petitioner further submits that not only the result has been published by the Board but also the TET certificate has not been given to the TET candidates. It is common knowledge that result of TET 2014 was published in 2016. Board says that the TET certificate is available in its portal. However, the allegation of the petitioner is that the persons who got lesser marks than the

petitioner got appointment. It has been stated in paragraph 6 of the writ application that the petitioner came to learn that he secured 83 marks. But no particulars have been disclosed as to the candidates who were appointed even after getting lesser marks than the petitioner. I do not find any merit in the writ application.

Therefore, the writ application is dismissed. (Abhijit Gangopadhyay, J.)
