The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner's application for education loan has not yet been considered by the Bank.

Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank hands over a document to the learned Advocate for the petitioner indicating that her application has been rejected.

As such, the said rejection renders the cause of action infructuous.

WPA 3949 of 2024 is disposed of as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the fresh cause of action by challenging the rejection of loan by the respondent-Bank. 5.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
