1. Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank hands over documents, which are kept on record, to show that the education loan sought by the petitioner has already been sanctioned on March 19, 2024.

2. In view of the above development, there is no scope of passing any direction in the present writ petition, which has been rendered futile.

3. Accordingly, WPA No. 3946 of 2024 is disposed of in the light of the above observations.

4. There will be no order as to costs.
