1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits as follows. The petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Some other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Court, while the petitioners' prayer was rejected.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the State relies on the injury report and the statements of the victims as well as the independent eye-witnesses. Several injuries were inflicted on a number of victims. Some were on vital parts of the body like head. A tooth of one of the victims was broken. There was also a laceration caused on a vital part of the body of a victim like head.

3. Considering the above, the other materials available in the case diary and the alleged roles ascribed to the

petitioners, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
